The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea. Living room with central air conditioning, sofa bed, cable TV and island or dining table with 2 benches and access to the balcony. Suite room with king bed, 2 spacious built-in wardrobes and sprint air conditioning with access to the balcony. Suite bathroom with centrally heated shower, grab bars in the shower and hygienic shower. You will have the security of a 24-hour concierge, check-in facilitated by the reception team, as well as a swimming pool, sauna, gym and restaurant (not included) with sea views on the roof.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is distributed in a bedroom, living room and kitchen. They can also enjoy the entire leisure area of the building: swimming pool with panoramic views, sauna, gym and free covered garage. Parking is included in your accommodation free of charge. Except, parking with optional valet service which is paid.
